Our Apartment Package is designed for most studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and smaller 2-bedroom apartments. Our Home Package is ideal for larger apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.

Why are there two tote sizes?

Most moves include both bulky and heavy items. Large totes are perfect for clothing, bedding, and household items. Medium totes are ideal for books, office supplies, files, and dense items that become too heavy in larger containers.

How long do I keep the totes?

Every rental includes a 3-week rental period. This gives you time to pack, move, and unpack without feeling rushed.

What if I need the totes longer?

Additional weeks can be added before your scheduled pickup date. Apartment Package: $15 per week. Home Package: $25 per week.

How far do you deliver?

Delivery and pickup are included within 10 miles of South Portland. If you're outside the service area, contact us for a custom quote.

Can I get totes delivered within a few days?

Yes. Rush deliveries may be available within 3 days of your requested delivery date. Rush Delivery Fee: $75. Availability depends on inventory and scheduling.

When do I pay?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your delivery date. Reservations are not held without payment.

Is a security deposit required?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not require a security deposit. Customers are responsible for returning totes and equipment in good condition.

What happens if something is lost or damaged?

Replacement fees may apply. Large Tote: $15. Medium Tote: $12. Furniture Dolly: $40.

Yes. Every tote is cleaned and inspected between rentals.
